With the crypto software from Sirius Technology Ltd., a simple, secure, user-friendly and independent system has been developed within the Ganten Group. The software was primarily developed for internal use. It was tailored to the needs of our customers, then further developed and today also simplifies secure storage, administration and simple handling of digital assets for external – inexperienced – users.
The software can be used in a variety of ways and can be integrated via interfaces or directly into existing or new applications.

Token and TT Service Provider Act (TVTG)
With the Token and TT Service Provider Act, or TVTG or “Blockchain Act” for short, Liechtenstein offers practical regulation that creates legal certainty for all parties involved and forms the basis for the use of blockchain in the entire financial and real economy. The TVTG enables the direct tokenization of all real assets and rights, such as licensing or usage rights.
The EU also created a comprehensive regulatory package in 2023 with the Markets for Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR), which uniformly regulates the use of blockchain in the European financial market and provides a harmonized legal framework for markets, trading platforms and investments in crypto assets. MiCAR sets a framework and offers the individual countries the opportunities to use blockchain technology in each country in accordance with the respective other legal framework conditions.
With the TVTG, Liechtenstein has one of the most attractive regulations on offer. In contrast to other countries, the TVTG Act in Liechtenstein does not only regulate the technology itself or individual applications thereof:
- offers a broad, technology-neutral approach to regulating the entire token economy.
- aims to protect users and ensure trust in digital legal transactions.
- describes the rights and obligations of service providers who perform activities on VT systems.
- covers not only purely digital assets (such as BTC), but also the tokenization of analog assets
The TVTG Act creates online and offline legal certainty for you in Liechtenstein.

Klaus Stark is managing director and partner of both Consilia Anstalt and Ganten Treuhand AG. As a trustee and partner of the Ganten Group, Klaus Stark has been involved with digital assets, blockchain, crypto and the associated data security for many years.
Klaus can certainly be described as a pioneer and trailblazer in Liechtenstein. He is the founder and member of various associations in the blockchain and fintech sector and has campaigned for a development space for technology start-ups in Liechtenstein. As Managing Director of Sirius Trusted Technologie AG, Klaus also played a key role in the development of Sirius Technologies Ltd – a software solution for digital data security.
